Jobsite cleanup and debris removal
Final inspection and touch-ups before paint
Power Washing

2. Pre-rinse surfaces to remove loose dirt
3. Apply detergent/cleaner (house wash mix) where needed
4. Pressure wash exterior surfaces (as specified: siding, decks, patios, walkways, etc.)
5. Treat mildew/algae buildup (as needed)
6. Detail work on problem areas (stains, heavy buildup) where possible
7. Low-pressure rinse for a clean finish
8. Final walkthrough to confirm completed areas
9. Cleanup of surrounding area (rinse down plants, tidy hoses/equipment)
Wood Floors

Help selecting wood type/species, plank width, grade, and finish style
Subfloor inspection (flatness, squeaks, moisture check) and prep recommendations
Furniture move/protection plan (if offered)
Removal and disposal of existing flooring (if selected)
Subfloor prep: patching/leveling, underlayment/rosin paper, moisture barrier (as needed)
Layout planning (direction, transitions, pattern details if requested)
Installation (nail-down / glue-down / floating, depending on product)
Cutting + fitting around doorways, vents, hearths, closets
Install/replace trim: baseboards, shoe molding/quarter round (as needed)
Transitions + thresholds (to tile/carpet/other rooms)
Final walk-through, punch list, cleanup
Lead Removal Certified
On-site assessment to identify suspected lead-painted surfaces and define the work area
Review of options: removal vs. encapsulation (seal) vs. enclosure (cover) depending on condition
Safety setup and containment: plastic sheeting, sealed doorways/vents, warning signage, controlled access
PPE and worker safety procedures (respirators, disposable suits, gloves)
Lead-safe removal method selection (commonly wet scraping, chemical stripping, HEPA-assisted sanding) based on surface type
HEPA vacuuming throughout the process to capture dust and debris
Debris collection and secure bagging/labeling for disposal per local requirements
Surface prep after removal: patching minor defects, sanding/smoothing (lead-safe), readying for primer/paint
Final detailed cleanup: HEPA vacuum + wet-wipe/mop of all affected areas
Post-work verification: visual inspection and cleanup checklist (and/or third-party clearance testing if requested)
Documentation: description of areas addressed, methods used, and any next-step recommendations
Light Carpentry

Handyman Work

Minor repairs and fixes (indoor/outdoor) such as:
Patch small drywall holes, dents, and cracks

Replace or repair trim, baseboards, and small wood sections
Adjust doors (sticking, latches, hinges), install handles/locks
Hang shelves, mirrors, blinds, curtain rods, TV mounts (client provides mount if required)
Install/replace hardware: cabinet pulls, towel bars, toilet paper holders
Replace light fixtures/fans/switches/outlets (where permitted and quoted)
Small exterior items: loose railings, shutters, minor fascia/soffit fixes, weatherstripping
Minor tile/grout touch-ups and small repairs
Materials coordination: pick-up/ordering of basic supplies as needed (materials billed separately unless included)
Jobsite protection + cleanup, debris removal for small items (as specified)
Final walk-through + confirmation everything functions properly
Wallpaper Removal & Hanging
Wallpaper hanging - what’s included:
Site assessment + wall condition check (texture, prior paint, moisture issues)
Material review + layout planning (pattern match, seams, focal wall alignment)
Surface prep: light sanding/degloss as needed, patching small imperfections, caulking
Prime/size walls for proper adhesion (recommended)
Accurate measuring + cutting (including pattern matching and repeats)
Adhesive application (paste-the-wall or paste-the-paper depending on product)
Installation: smoothing, seam rolling, trimming at ceilings/baseboards/outlets
Detail work around corners, doors/windows, switches, vents
Cleanup of paste residue + jobsite cleanup
Final walk-through + care instructions
Wallpaper removal - what’s included:
Protect floors/furniture + containment for dust/debris
Identify paper type (vinyl, fabric, peel-and-stick, traditional) and choose removal method
Remove wallpaper and backing (scoring/steaming/solution as appropriate)
Adhesive residue removal + wall washing
Minor wall repairs: patching small tears/gouges, skim touch-ups where needed
Sand smooth + prime for paint or new wallpaper
Cleanup + disposal of removed materials
